I am Suzan Ibrahem, I am 27 years old, I am a Syrian student, I come from Syria and I arrived in Italy eight months ago and now I study and live in Vercelli.

I finished studying food engineering in Syria and I'm studying food, health and environment masters at the UNIVERSITA DEL PIEDMONTALE ORIENTALE (UPO) in Vercelli.
I chose the university pastoral care for personal and collective reasons.
On a personal level: to live new experiences and to learn more about Italian sociality and culture and to serve the youth group with whom I have lived similar experiences in my Syria where I have done many volunteer jobs and taught many subjects to children, adolescents and adults.
Collectively to help other students and get to know this free space that will help them just as you helped me make new friends through Festa dei Popoli, that you encouraged me to meet new students from Italy and from different countries and through language lessons Italian, which gave me the opportunity to learn the Italian language and to interact through it with the surrounding community and to express myself freely and engage more in this beautiful and diverse Italian society.
